3. Non-Returnable Items

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


5. Refunds

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.


8. International Orders

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the customer’s responsibility.
